How can I make an appointment at Clínica Cloe?

You can phone us, drop in during our opening hours, fill out our online form, or send us an email. We will take your name, address, and phone number, and ask for a quick summary of the dental issues you’re experiencing.

What are your opening hours?

We are open all day, from 8am to 7pm. Twice a week (Wednesdays & Fridays) we are open until 8pm.

How long will it be before I get an appointment?

We try to make an appointment for you within seven days of you getting in touch with us.

How long will my appointment be?

We normally ask our patients to have an hour free for their appointment to make sure that we can provide you with the highest quality care and treatment with no need to rush. This way, there is also lots of time for you to ask questions. 

How do I book my next appointment?

We normally find that the best way to begin treatment is to arrange your next appointment at our clinic before you go home. However, it’s also possible to book online or by giving us a call. 

Do you have payment plans?

We have several payment plans to spread out the cost of your treatment. Our staff will help you find the best one for you.

Do you do dental emergencies?

Yes - we can offer you advice by phone, or depending on the situation, we’ll ask you to come to our clinic. If your emergency is during office hours, we will normally be able to give you an appointment in just a few hours, or within 24 hours, depending on the situation.
